WHO ARE WE?
- We are The Warchola Ranch, a small family operated ranch in north central Alberta about an hour and fifteen minutes outside of Edmonton, near Whitecourt. We grew up ranching and started our own cow calf operation in 2020 with the ultimate goal of doing direct to consumer meat sales to customers who want to know where their food comes from. We are proud to finally be offering this service to you and yours!
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- 60-70lbs of fine cuts and ground beef raised by ranchers you can trust.
HOW IT WORKS.
- We take an initial non-refundable deposit of $447.99. We will send you an emailed receipt for the deposit which is a confirmation of the sale. The remainder of the balance (fulfilment) will be due prior to delivery. When the harvest begins and the beef is being processed we will send you an email for a delivery date and a location to meet us. We don't offer door to door delivery at this time but we will meet you close to home.

- We are very confident in our product and want to make sure you are too, that is why we guarantee satisfaction or your money back. We want to build lasting relationships with our customers and the last thing we need is for a customer to feel like they just threw their hard earned money out the window for a product they are not happy with, it's just simply bad for business. So call it your ranchers promise and if you have any questions or concern's we are always happy to address them.

TOTAL PRICE
-The total price of the the 1/8 beef will vary slightly due to a difference in the finishing weight of each animal (not all cows are the exact same size). The total cost of your 1/8 beef share will be between $847.99-$949.99.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX'S
- You will receive an assortment of cuts like steaks, roasts, stew meat, ribs, and ground beef, and marrow bones, professionally cut, wrapped and labeled with names and weight's.
STEAKS- At The Warchola Ranch we prefer a thicker cut steak than a typical grocery store meat department, which is usually 3/4 inch thick. We believe that a 1 inch thick steak cooks much better and yields more flavour. Wrapped individually for convenience.
ROASTS- Roasts will be between 3-4lbs. Wrapped individually.
STEW MEAT- Cut in 1 inch cubes.
GROUND BEEF- Packaged into 1.5lb bags
MARROW BONES- Great for making bone broth and soup stock these bones will come in 3-4 inch chunks.

-All products are dry aged for flavor and tenderness between 14 to 21 days.
-Drug free: No antibiotics, wormers, hormones, or chemicals are ever given to the animals we sell for meat.
